Flashy not... Trashy
I absolutely am in love with this TV show. I think that after the amount of episodes I have watched over the past couple weeks ... I am slowing morphing into Fran Drescher. This is the epitome of a classic 90s sitcom.... although thankfully with none of the mushy gushy sentimental moments as witnessed in full house (katherine will kill me for saying that).
What's not to love....Grandma Yeta, Fran's crazy mother, the fact that they eat cake in almost every episode, and Fran's outrageous outfits. I admit my favorite is her matching shirt, jacket, and pantsuit all camouflaged to look like a brick wall... who else could pull that off but the nanny!
Feel free to come watch some episodes with me.... I ordered the full season online (totally not what I was expecting.... bootlegged and shipped all the way from China) ... but it works!

No this isn't a picture of Muffy (although I'd say these pooches could be her twin)... Lately I have been looking at page after page of google search images for Maltese dogs (what else is new?).

Which was a mistake because the next day I couldn't resist the urge to go to Incredible Pets (my favorite pet store) and hold a little puppy that looked exactly like this! It broke my heart to leave him all alone, his sad little eyes followed me out as I headed to my dogless home. I've decided that I will never be single and alone over 30... because by that point I will have this little roommate and companion. The best kind of roommate really...
no arguments, no dirty dishes, and he'll even give me free tootsie rolls!!!!!!!.... then maybe next time my tootsie pop doesn't have a surprise inside I'll have reinforcements. There is a bright side to everything!
